最近天氣開始轉涼,火鍋自然是晚餐精選之一。 今次我想為大家示範一下醉雞湯底的做法,整個湯底帶著酒香之餘,還帶著鮮甜的雞味。而且還有著滋補的藥材,十分適合在寒冷的天氣下品嚐。 醉雞湯底的做法十分簡單,希望這部影片能夠幫到大家:)

The weather is getting cold recently, and hot pot is obviously one of the best choices for dinner. This time I am going to introduce the chicken pot with Hua Diao wine. The soup base is tonic with Hua Diao wine and chicken flavor. That’s why it is the perfect choice for winter. The soup base can be prepared easily and I hope this video can help all of you :)

材料Ingredients
1.雞 Chicken 半隻/ 1隻 half / one

藥材總共30元 Total of the herbs: 30HKD
1.淮山 yam
2.杞子wolfberry
3.黨參 Tangshan
4.北芪 milkvetch root (Huang qi)
5.當歸 Chinese angelica
6.圓肉 longan meat
7.薑片 ginger 2片 2 sliced pieces

調味 Seasoning
1.雞粉 Chicken powder 1茶匙 1 teaspoon
2.鹽 salt 1茶匙 1 teaspoon
3.濃湯寶 dense soup treasure 半粒 half
4.紹酒 Hua Diao wine 2杯 (湯底) 2 cups for the soup base
適量 (浸雞) suitable amount for chicken
5.蔥 scallion 適量 suitable amount
